We need some time to tidy up the rooms for you. For this reason, check-in is not allowed before 3 p.m. For the same reason, it is not possible to postpone check-out time. We don’t want to disrespect any of our guests. Thank you for understanding.
We kindly ask you to tell us if your arrival time is different from the scheduled one, because we could not be present in the farm. In the event of miscommunication and consequent delay of check-in and check-out of more than 1 hour, we will charge an amount of 25 euros.
In the structure it is not allowed to smoke, including electronic cigarettes, even inside the rooms. You can smoke outdoor. It is mandatory to throw cigarette butts in the special areas.

The customer claims to accept the following terms at the moment of payment of deposit or at check-in time, in case of no previous reservation. The contract between customer and Fattoria Caticciano s.s will be perfected during the approval of the reservation from Fattoria Caticciano s.s.
Reservation occurs by means of a communication to the client, containing the availability of the room, the summary of the terms, the period of the stay and the sum total.
Since the reception of this communication, the guest has 24 hours to confirm the reservation and pay the deposit. If the deposit will not be paid, the reservation will be canceled. The deposit is 30% of the total amount, communicated to the customer and could be paid by means of bank transfer or Paypal. The reservation is confirmed when the bank transfer notification or notification of other payment methods, used by the customer within 24 hours from the reception of the confirmation of availability, is received. Or, when the notification of the withdrawal of the amount from the credit card of the customer is received.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Paypal, credit and debit card.

Free cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival.
In the event of cancellation during the second week before arrival, we will withhold 30% of the total amount.
In the event of cancellation during the week before arrival, we will withhold 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel 3 days before arrival, we will withhold 80% of the total amount.
No refund will be provided in the event of no-show or cancellation of a stay, which has been reserved with non-refundable discount.

We decided not to use air conditioning, because we wanted to make a sustainable choice. There is a fan in every room.

If you tell us during reservation, we will provide a crib for babies from 0 to 3 years old or a kid’s bed up to 13 years old with a surcharge of 10 euros.

If you want to book the room with private bathroom, the price is 120 euros per night.
Children up to 3 years old do not pay. Surcharge is 10 euros per night for kids up to 12 years old.
Tourist tax is 1 euro per night for each person for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Tourist tax is not valid for kids under 16 years old.
Dogs are welcome. We request a surcharge of 10 euros per night for their stay.

We have dogs, goats and chickens to intrigue your kids. We have a wide area to run undisturbed and discover nature. Apart from this, we don’t have any particular activity to entertain your kids.

Dosg are welcome if they are trained and they are used to stay at home. It is necessary to notify their presence during reservation, how many they are and if they have particular needs, according to the breed. Our aim is to welcome them at our best, with an appropriate basket according to the size. You pets can stay with you in common areas, during breakfast and dinner, in respect of other guests, who could be scared. We do also have dogs, and maybe also other guests could have dogs. Therefore, we ask to be careful during arrival and let the animals know each other. Your dogs can never be left alone: nor in bedroom or in the garden. We do not have kennels, but we have so much space, where your dogs can run around under control: there are our goats and chickens close by and it is possible to find wild animals, especially at dawn and sunset.
