\nCheck-out time is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
\nWe need some time to tidy up the rooms for you. For this reason, check-in is not allowed before 3 p.m. For the same reason, it is not possible to postpone check-out time. We don\u2019t want to disrespect any of our guests. Thank you for understanding.
\nWe kindly ask you to tell us if your arrival time is different from the scheduled one, because we could not be present in the farm. In the event of miscommunication and consequent delay of check-in and check-out of more than 1 hour, we will charge an amount of 25 euros.
\nIn the structure it is not allowed to smoke, including electronic cigarettes, even inside the rooms. You can smoke outdoor. It is mandatory to throw cigarette butts in the special areas.

Reservation and payment conditions<\/h1>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1620627749010{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]The customer claims to accept the following terms at the moment of payment of deposit or at check-in time, in case of no previous reservation. The contract between customer and Fattoria Caticciano s.s will be perfected during the approval of the reservation from Fattoria Caticciano s.s.
\nReservation occurs by means of a communication to the client, containing the availability of the room, the summary of the terms, the period of the stay and the sum total.
\nSince the reception of this communication, the guest has 24 hours to confirm the reservation and pay the deposit. If the deposit will not be paid, the reservation will be canceled. The deposit is 30% of the total amount, communicated to the customer and could be paid by means of bank transfer or Paypal. The reservation is confirmed when the bank transfer notification or notification of other payment methods, used by the customer within 24 hours from the reception of the confirmation of availability, is received. Or, when the notification of the withdrawal of the amount from the credit card of the customer is received.

\nIn the event of cancellation during the second week before arrival, we will withhold 30% of the total amount.

If you want to book the room with private bathroom, the price is 120 euros per night.
\nChildren up to 3 years old do not pay. Surcharge is 10 euros per night for kids up to 12 years old.
\nTourist tax is 1 euro per night for each person for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Tourist tax is not valid for kids under 16 years old.
\nDogs are welcome. We request a surcharge of 10 euros per night for their stay.

We have a wide area to run undisturbed and discover nature. Apart from this, we don\u2019t have any particular activity to entertain your kids. Dogs are welcome<\/h1>\n[\/mk_fancy_title][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1620628027217{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Dosg are welcome if they are trained and they are used to stay at home. It is necessary to notify their presence during reservation, how many they are and if they have particular needs, according to the breed. Our aim is to welcome them at our best, with an appropriate basket according to the size. You pets can stay with you in common areas, during breakfast and dinner, in respect of other guests, who could be scared. We do also have dogs, and maybe also other guests could have dogs. Therefore, we ask to be careful during arrival and let the animals know each other. Your dogs can never be left alone: nor in bedroom or in the garden.
